1. Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Please email us first with your order number, productname, and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide the return address.
2. Item Condition
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds may take 3–5 working days toappear in your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
